The standard charges for land used by Sino-foreign equity and contractual joint ventures, and wholly foreign-owned enterprises established in the Ningbo Municipality are hereby defined and published, on the basis of classification by geographical areas and business lines, in accordance with the provision of Article 12 of the Implementation Measures of Ningbo Municipality for the Administration of Land Use for Sino-Foreign Equity Joint Ventures which was adopted at the 14th Session of the 6th Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Zhejiang Province.
A.لج Classification by geographical areas:
Ningbo Municipality is divided into four districts, which are the Economic and Technological Development Zone and the Old Urban District which, in turn, is divided into Categories One, Two and Three.
To be specific, the three categories of the Old Urban District are as follows:
Category One includes the regions along the main street of the Old Urban District.
Hai Shu district: Zhong Shan Rd East, Zhong Shan Rd West, Jie Fang Rd South, Jie Fang Rd North, Bin Jiang Rd, Jiang Sha St, Ling Qiao Rd, Jiang Zuo St, Dong Du Rd, Kai Ming St, Yao Hang St, and Xian Xue St.
Jiang Dong District: Bai Zhang Rd, Jiang Dong Rd North (up to Qing Jie Lane), Jiang Dong Rd North (up to Xin He Rd), and Da He Rd.
Jiang Bei district: Ren Ming Rd (up to Xin Ma Lu Rd), Che Zhan Rd, Yang Shan Rd, Tao Du Rd (up to Yang Shan Rd).
Category Two includes the central part of the Old Urban District.
Hai Shu district: this district is bounded by the Yu Yao River in the north, by the Feng Hua River in the east, by the Bei Dou River in the west and by the Hu Zheng River in the south, and stretches to the highway bridge of the Feng Hua River, from the South Railway Station to Ningbo Hotel and the areas along the Xi Jiang Rd (up to the railway).
Jiang Dong district: this district starts from Wai Tang Lane in the north, extending to the Xin He River in the south, bounded in the east by the Shu Guang Rd running south, then turning to the west after joining Yao Ai Rd.لج The boundary line then turns back to the south along the river to join Cai Hong North Rd and Cai Hong South Rd (being built now), and up to the Yong River and Feng Hua River in the west.
Jiang Bei district: the east and south west of this district is divided by the Yong River with the Yu Yao River as the boundary, bounded in the north west and north by South Cao Ma Rd, turning south to East Cao Ma Rd after joining Ren Ming Rd.
Category Three is made up of the remaining areas (including the marginal area) of the Old Urban District.
